The Rules Committee Reported a modified open rule for consideration of H.R. 4870 - Department of Defense Appropriations, 2015 on Tuesday, on June 17, 2014. The Committee also reported a rule making in order a motion to concur in the House amendment to the Senate amendments to H.R. 3230 - Veterans' Access to Care through Choice, Accountability, and Transparency Act of 2014, as well as a motion to insist on the House amendment and request a conference with the Senate.
